I have been working with Terra for nearly six months at this point for my thyroid function health. I am so thankful I reached out and started these improvements when I did. I have also been working with Shae on improvements in nutrition and weight training. I have found his feedback and examples of meals to be really helpful and great reminders of some past habits I had. Since meeting with him the first time I was reinspired again to meal prep and create great meals in my kitchen. Highly enjoying my kitchen time again as well as finding the meals very healthy and satisfying. I am rarely hungry and am finding overall I feel significantly healthier and happier these last six months😍 Looking forward to keeping with them along the way as a part of sticking closer to my feeling better and health focused journey🙏 Super appreciate you both!

I was tested for mold toxicity and I tested positive on the high end for one particular type. Terra recommended IV therapy to help my body detox and since I have been dealing with many symptoms for years I was all in. I am only 3 treatments in and have already seen an improvement in my energy levels. I cannot wait to see where I’m at when I am done with the full coarse of IV therapy. Another whole six months later and all is so good🙏🙏🙏 I have been working with Terra now for almost a year and a half with my hypothyroidism as well as guidance through multiple healthy lifestyle shifts. I realize I am doing so much of the work and time commitment of all the things I am doing. Without her gentle support and encouragement throughout though I wouldn’t be in the place of currently walking back into Genesis so much lighter in all ways months later🙏 I keep saying I can tell I am taking up so much less space and still find myself surprised how much clearer I feel…in my head and my body☺️💕🙏 I continue to feel surprised by how good I feel early in the morning especially. I haven’t been exhausted waking up for most of the last year and a half. I likely wouldn’t be doing fitness classes a few times a week. My Yoga practice picked up again quickly after my fitness classes. Very thankful to be in this place with my health again and back out into the community mingling and doing things I love. Side note…all of her plants and rocks make me feel right at home😂🪴🪨💎 Not really the overwhelming jungle feels, but peaceful and earthy super green happy feels😀🌱💛 Highly recommend for lots of different reasons, but especially if you struggle to feel relieved of symptoms from low thyroid function. Manitowoc is really blessed to now not have to drive so far for someone😍🫶

I love working with Terra on my health. Her care and compassion is second to none. I think what impresses me the most is she is not jist satisfied with getting you through a health concern by treating symptoms. Her foal is always to ask the ok but why and get to the root issue.
