I have been working with Terra for nearly six months at this point for my thyroid function health. I am so thankful I reached out and started these improvements when I did. I have also been working with Shae on improvements in nutrition and weight training. I have found his feedback and examples of meals to be really helpful and great reminders of some past habits I had. Since meeting with him the first time I was reinspired again to meal prep and create great meals in my kitchen. I was tested for mold toxicity and I tested positive on the high end for one particular type. Terra recommended IV therapy to help my body detox and since I have been dealing with many symptoms for years I was all in. I am only 3 treatments in and have already seen an improvement in my energy levels. I cannot wait to see where I’m at when I am done with the full coarse of IV therapy.
