Terra is amazing! I was able to get my cholesterol under control w the right supplements. My levels are WNL for the first time! With a genetic predisposition, I had always had high cholesterol dating back to my early 20s. I am still beyond thankful that I was able to get my levels under control without a statin!!

Terra has really helped me ease into menopause. We started with bloodwork and hormone testing. Then she took the time to thoroughly explain the test results as well as what supplements I need to take and necessary lifestyle changes to help balance my hormones, improve energy levels, sleep, and over all physical health.
